Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Nissa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nissa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fletcher for the past few years.
