History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. Syllin took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
