Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Shamash hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Cask abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently the stress of being a Detective has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Phann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job
