History: Born to a Courier, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: Beloril is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Gifted from a young age, Beloril studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Dariff's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with her Layabout father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'5". She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her tied-back hair is white. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Carpenter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
