Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Kithri was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.
