Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull grey iron scale mail. He has wavy black hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Horza lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Gnome Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a Carter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kyle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kyle. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'8". She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and halfling compassion
