Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
