History: Born in the east to a Adventurer, Shax learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hupe never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
