Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born in the west. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now mingles about in high society.
