Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by teas. His black hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gardain grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His long scarlet crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. She carries with her a set of scythes, each one with a amber on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Born to a Dilettante, her father struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Menny fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
