History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Eggren does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Ulla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She tends to her Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and further expansion of business
