Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Heian was born the youngest of three triplets. He worked as a nervous Architect and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and wants to open a new tavern
