History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Mordai was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man usually wears his grey robe and has his bow always slung over his shoulder, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is red and curly. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Guard and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and human compassion

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears grey trousers with brown and pastel striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is a Soapmaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her crest is gold and very short. Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Synthrin was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise her children well
