History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aelar will drive conversation. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is black and very short. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Az-Rans learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Barrister job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a green costume with the symbols of the sun god on her torso. Her green crest is matted, messy, and big. She has a dull look in her gold eyes.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Driindar lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Driindar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes her a fraud
