Ilga was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spy. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
