Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears tattered old clothes. Her red hair is still thick. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is a Mercenary first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Virra reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
