History: Kipper was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He wears a red tunic with brown highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 2'11" when asserting himself. He has moderate length black hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
