Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Snafû was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Snafû decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job
