History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Blendaeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Blendaeth was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Beiro liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Ida was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
