History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Caelynn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At some point she was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
