History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Delebean was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
