Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. A true patriot, Hadarai would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
