Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a tan costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Layabout. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and half-orc compassion

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He takes great joy in being the best Knight in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Motivation: Seeks redemption.
