History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Halander was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Halander and his spouse have recently divorced.
