She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Damaia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She takes great joy in being the best Gardener in town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Damaia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is a husky man, who has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Adran wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
