Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His black hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his left hand. His scarlet crest is knotted and matted. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Nykkan was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nykkan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
