History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Naamah hails from a village terrorized by giants. She married young, but lost her spouse to giants. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Naamah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her religion dominates her actions

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
