History: Born to a Sculptor, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
