Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Falkrunn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Falkrunn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Falkrunn. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a hunchback. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Aerdeth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Aerdeth and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To be a Tanner again.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She sports golden long hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tanner. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His orange fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. One day when Trail was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Trail was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people.
