Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Edge was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She has wavy auburn hair. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Rosalind is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Rosalind is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rosalind grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rosalind. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a Sellsword, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Cook job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He carries with him a set of tridents on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorpe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Thorpe would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Thorpe and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is greedy.
