Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He usually wears his yellow robe and has his hammer always slung over his shoulder. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She stands about 3'6" and wears skinny pants and wears a tan and pastel robe with the hood down. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has shaved her head bald. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Ellyjoybell was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ellyjoybell's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ellyjoybell and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Jebeddo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.
