Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Paela was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paela fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Crown-heir like his father before him.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
