Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Thokk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to clean up the streets
