He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a worn and beaten armor, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her black hair is still thick. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vapula is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Vapula was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burgell embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Burgell was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Description: She is renowned for her bright green dresses and hats. She is physically well-built. Her crest is brass, silky, and of moderate length. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and to prove her worth to the world
