Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is an amazing painter.

History: Korfel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She uses divination through singing.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She dresses like a well dressed Guard does. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
