Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Zephan was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
