History: Born in the west to a Sellsword, Adrie learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Merla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. Her black hair is singed and shortened. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
