Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dalgal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a architect again

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Blacksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears just a pastel suit. She has dyed her greying beige fur a little too much giving a sharp beige color. This copper eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Fletcher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This dark-skinned male wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in the east to a Doctor, Howard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is wracked by social anxiety
