History: She got into the Weaver business at a young age. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Alice alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Weaver.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: An older man who dresses like a well dressed Barrister does, he is not a threatening figure. He has shaved his head bald. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Ar-Gul was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor
