History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cagak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
