She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Vapula never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
