Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a Assassin, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
