Personality: Tagga is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has worked as a Barkeep like her mother before her.
