Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for her, and Carlin does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Tanner; and he would like to get married and retire
