Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: This northern woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barkeep business.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He stands about 5'6" and wears suspenders and violet workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are green.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Blacksmith again; and to reunite with his old friends
