Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Astar was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
