History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Description: She has a missing left leg. She is dressed in earthy colors with a green and grey handkerchief worn on her left side. Her hair is red and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she wants revenge against illithids

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this eastern woman wears just a black suit. She has dyed her greying dark red hair a little too much giving a sharp dark red color. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uzza grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants to get laid.
