Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is greedy; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. She has styled her red crest well, parting it to the right. She has gold eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Kali is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Kali lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Sage again; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
