History: Rurik was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Oskar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Oskar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Oskar was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Vadania has worked very hard to control her curse. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This man is dressed in an above average manner. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
