Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her scarlet crest is still thick. Her red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety
